Hola, peoples.
Bit of randomosity found by WiLL over at AICN, in a piece about Richard Kelly (Donnie Darko's writer/director):
...also a fan of Paul Thomas Anderson and Spike Jonze/Charlie Kaufman. Apparently, when Kaufman turned in his draft of Adaptation, everyone in Hollywood wanted to kill him. Kelly tells another story about a screening of Being John Malkovich: a producer who passed on it walked out claiming she'd "dodged a bullet," and later, at the Oscars, talked about how it was one of her favorite films of the year.(Source)
Heh, I am unsurprised. WiLL has the swell idea that before you click on that link, you should click on this link and discuss the quote above. The BCK board now comes with its own minor controversy and everything.
The Gondry and Jonze DVDs come out a week from now. Don't forget you can pre-order them from the BCK store.
