Tickets for the UCLA leg of “Theater for the New Ear” are on sale now; I know this because I got an email from a guy who just bought himself a ticket. The same guy also says, “you might want to tell people to get their asses in motion because I believe the prices are going to jump at the end of this month and August (Closer to the venue) but you didn't hear that from me; so inform the masses!” So there ya go. But I didn't hear that from him.

I emailed Carter Burwell to find out if he knows when Sirius Satellite Radio will be broadcasting one of the Brooklyn “New Ear” shows. He says that he thinks they're planning to broadcast it at the start of September, and they've asked for the right to web-cast it, but he doesn't know if they'll be doing that any time soon. I also asked Carter if he knows anything about the Adaptation Special Ed. DVD we heard about ages ago: he ain't heard squat.
