Converting BCK to phpNuke... any help?

You know what I'd like to do? Aside from win a million bucks and get a publishing deal with Random House? Re-design BCK. I've had a new design (still based on html pages) half-completed for a couple of months… but the site is bulky. Really bulky. Ideally I'd like to get it running off something like phpNuke. It'd make the site more manageable, and would add a bunch of interactive elements for the fans (comments system, etc.). BUT I don't have enough know-how to customise phpNuke to the site's requirements, nor the time to figure it out. The only answer is to find one or two web developers/designers who really know what they're doing, understand BCK.com, and would be willing to work for basically nothing or really tiny peanuts. This would not happen overnight - BCK is a big site, the re-design would take a while: no point doing it if it's half-hearted. Soooo, as of now I'm gonna start asking if any of you guys could be of assistance. If so, drop me a line.
