The board's back

The BCK message board has been reinstalled and seems to be working fine. Let me know if it has bugs and I'll get onto it a.s.a.p. Big thanks to Jason from Silver Bullet (BCK's new host, in case I hadn't mentioned it...) for the help restoring the database.
