In October, we got word that Iran's only professional screenwriting magazine, Filmnegar, would soon be putting out a special Charlie-centric issue. After a bit of a delay - while everyone over there waited for a chance to see Synecdoche - the issue's finally out and it looks very cool. (Admittedly I can barely read a word of it. I did read the word "Synecdoche" - for a second I thought I'd figured out how to read Hebrew, but no. Turns out that word was in English. Wait, Hebrew? I mean Arabic. I don't know what I mean. I shouldn't update when I'm half asleep.) It includes excerpts from the script, and stuff about Charlie's career in general.
Cool!
Araz and the rest of the team have done a great job in putting the whole thing together - I understand it was a lot of work.
[Edit: It's not Arabic, either - it's Farsi! So there ya go, BCK's educational.]
