For lack of more interesting news, here's what an imdb message boardee has to say about the two short Eternal Sunshine clips on the Michel Gondry DVD:

If anyone's interested, Michel Gondry had a DVD released a couple weeks ago with all of his music videos and short films and other stuff on it. You should get it, the guy is a genius. But anyway, there were two short films on there that are related to Eternal Sunshine.

The first is called "One Day".

Gondry plays himself and comes out of a bathroom stall after flushing. Shortly afterwards, David Cross comes out dressed in a sh*t costume and follows his "daddy" around asking him why he never looks at him anymore. It's the funniest stupidest thing I've ever seen.

The second is called "Pecan Pie".

It follows Jim Carrey around town, driving a mattress and singing an Elvis Presley song. (Source)
